If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our electricians smoke or swear in your home; are not drug-free; do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free. Ask other electricians if they guarantee their work and for how long and you're likely to get a blank stare back. Bottom line, we want you to be more than just 100% satisfied. We want you to tell your friends good things about us.

It's Electric's technician who was courteous, knowledgeable ,and honest suggested we wait on the installation until after even perhaps June 17 as the date for stations turning off their analog had been pushed back. In the interim we discussed with him other Electrical needs. The agent took our credit request and processed it through one of the lending companies they work with to help customers. However, given the cost of the needed repairs and other financial considerations we've had to forgo the repair, but their service is phenomenal and I will recommend them to others."
