Owner of ElectriCraft, Inc.

I started Electricraft, Inc. in 1984 with the goal of providing “craftmanship” work at competitive prices; the company is named ELECTRICRAFT for just that reason. We have several commercial customers who have been with us since the beginning and in the 1990’s we added a residential service division known as It’s Electric. Residential Service has become a very important and satisfying area of work for us. It is rewarding to interact on a personal level with home-owners and property managers and bring solutions to their electrical problems.

At Electricraft and It’s Electric we strive to make our customers glad that they called on us. I really do believe in the “Golden Rule” and try to place myself in my customers shoes when deciding how to solve an electrical problem. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work and we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our electricians smoke or swear in your home; are not drug-free; do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free. Ask other electricians if they guarantee their work and for how long and you're likely to get a blank stare back. Bottom line, we want you to be more than just 100% satisfied. We want you to tell your friends good things about us.

It's Electric's technician who was courteous, knowledgeable ,and honest suggested we wait on the installation until after even perhaps June 17 as the date for stations turning off their analog had been pushed back. In the interim we discussed with him other Electrical needs. The agent took our credit request and processed it through one of the lending companies they work with to help customers. However, given the cost of the needed repairs and other financial considerations we've had to forgo the repair, but their service is phenomenal and I will recommend them to others."
